Own the customer relationship from kickoff to final walkthrough. Group text, schedule, and changes. PM bonus is tied directly to customer satisfaction.
Estimators / Sales
Walk properties, read condition honestly, and write scopes that create real value for homeowners rather than just inflating invoices.
