Apple Valley has one of the larger association-governed populations in the south metro, built through the 1980s, 90s and early 2000s. If your home sits in one of those neighborhoods, the color decision is not yours alone, and the timeline is the thing that catches people out.

Most associations want the manufacturer, the color name and the code, a physical sample or drawdown, and a statement of which elements are changing — body, trim, garage door, front door, shutters. A verbal "it's beige" does not get approved.
