What we quote is what you pay for the agreed scope. The figure on your written estimate is the figure on your final invoice for that scope. Any customer-requested additions are always priced and approved in writing before any extra work begins. If we misjudge the agreed scope, that's our error to absorb — not a bill we forward to you.

The Written Warranty

Every project leaves with a warranty document, not a handshake. Across all scopes the term runs 2–5 years depending on scope (surfaces, products, and prep involved), and your estimate spells out which applies to your job. It covers workmanship and finish failure — peeling, blistering, and adhesion loss on the surfaces we prepped and coated.

You Never Have to Chase Us

Every project opens with a group text carrying your crew foreman, your project manager, the estimator, and Cody. Updates come to you as the work moves. If timing, scope, or access changes, you hear it from us first, while it is still just information rather than a problem.

The 30-Day Touch-Up Window

Some things only show up once you've lived with them for a week — a spot the light catches differently in the afternoon, a nick from moving furniture back in. For 30 days after completion, you flag it and we handle it. No warranty claim, no argument about whether it qualifies.

• Peeling, blistering, flaking, and adhesion failure on surfaces we prepared and coated
• Workmanship defects — runs, holidays, uneven coverage, poor cut lines
• Caulk failure at seams we sealed
• Primer or coating failure on wood we repaired or replaced as part of the scope

✕ Not Covered / Normal Limits

• Damage from impact, hail, fallen limbs, or physical weather breakage
• Surfaces we recommended repairing that you declined (noted on quote)
• Failure caused by moisture intrusion from roof, gutter, or grading problems
• Normal fading from years of direct sun exposure
• Anything painted by someone else
