Five Things That Decide Whether It Works

Almost every interior commercial project in this city happens inside a building that is still operating. That constraint shapes the work more than any surface does, and it is worth being specific about how.

FEATURE 01

Phasing is the whole plan.

Work is broken into areas that can be completed, cleared and reopened within a single overnight or weekend window. A phase that cannot be finished in its window is the wrong phase, and getting that right at the estimate stage is what prevents a project from bleeding into your business day.

Ventilation determines the product.

We are mindful about odor in occupied space, and where a building's air handling recirculates between tenancies it is worth confirming what runs overnight before the schedule is set rather than after a complaint.
