Why a Minneapolis Ceiling Is Not a Suburban Ceiling

Everywhere else in the metro, popcorn removal means texture sprayed onto drywall in a house built after 1955. Here it frequently means texture applied over plaster in a house built before 1930, and that changes the work substantially.
